Welcome to BeautyComm

Get started as a BeautyComm client business or find the correct guide as a customer shopping online.

BeautyComm provides e-commerce software to businesses. This guide is for the business owner, administrator, or staff member setting up or operating a BeautyComm-powered store. If you are a shopper, go to the Shopper Portal for help with shopping and customer accounts.

BeautyComm and Your Store

BeautyComm is an e-commerce platform for beauty businesses. A business uses the admin workspace to manage its online storefront, products, stock, orders, customer engagement, marketing, and reports. Shoppers use that business’s website or supported mobile experience to discover and buy products.

Who This Documentation Is For

This documentation serves two groups. BeautyComm client businesses—owners, administrators, and staff—should use the Business Admin Panel. Customers shopping at those businesses should use the Shopper Portal and, if applicable, the Shopper Mobile App.

Sign In and Choose Your Role

Before signing in, confirm the BeautyComm address assigned to your organization, your account identifier, and any verification process your business requires. If you are unsure which environment to use or your account is not active, ask your administrator or business support contact.

Open the sign-in page provided by your organization, enter your credentials, and complete any required verification. After signing in, the available workspace reflects your role. Sign out when you finish, especially on shared or public devices. Never share passwords or verification codes.

Your account identifies you and the business context you are using. Your role determines which areas and actions are available. If a feature is missing, confirm that you are in the correct environment and ask your administrator to check your assigned access.

Start from the main navigation and choose the area that matches your task, such as catalog, inventory, orders, customers, or reports. Use search and filters to narrow lists, and open the relevant record to review details. Menu labels and available sections may vary.

First Steps

Use this checklist after your account is ready:

  1. Confirm that you can sign in to the correct environment.
  2. Review the areas available to your role.
  3. Identify the workflows you need for your job.
  4. Check that the relevant product, stock, order, or customer information is visible.
  5. Continue with Common Tasks for task-specific guidance.

If a workflow is missing or unclear, start with Troubleshooting or contact your organization’s support channel.
