Admin Panel

A concise guide for BeautyComm business clients managing their e-commerce store.

BeautyComm is e-commerce software for businesses. This section is for the business owner, administrator, or staff member who uses the Admin Panel to run a store. Shoppers buying from that store should use the User Portal.

Store Operations

The Admin Panel brings daily store work together: dashboard, products, inventory, orders, and customers. Start from the dashboard, open the relevant record, and confirm the correct store before making a change.

Product, stock, payment, and order records affect one another. Use approved product details, verify stock before confirming availability, and update order status only after the actual fulfillment step.

Open the Store Operations guide for steps on products, orders, customer records, and sales channels.

Customers and Store Growth

BeautyComm supports customer and marketing features described in the product manual, including coupons, reviews, consultations, recommendations, influencers, donations, customer questions, testimonials, memberships, points, blogs, community posts, Glowtube video content, subscribers, email campaigns, sales reports, and forecasting.

Which features appear depends on the business setup. Follow customer consent and privacy rules, verify campaign dates and terms, and do not treat a recommendation or sales forecast as a guarantee.

See Customers, Content, and Growth for the combined guide to these tools.

Team and Access

Invite or update staff only when approved. Assign the least access needed for each role, review access when responsibilities change, and remove it when no longer required. Keep passwords, verification codes, and API credentials private.

See Team and Account Administration for account and permission guidance.

Store Setup and Technology

BeautyComm provides an e-commerce business workspace and a customer-facing store website. A mobile shopping app and integrations may also be available depending on the business setup. Store settings can include business details, shipping areas and charges, homepage content, banners, payment methods, notifications, social accounts, email delivery, and FAQs.

The product manual identifies supported delivery workflows such as Pathao and RedX. These are available only when configured for the store. External services and API credentials must be managed through approved secure processes.

The manual describes product capabilities and integrations, but does not verify programming languages, cloud provider, or hosting architecture. This guide therefore avoids naming an unconfirmed underlying technology stack.

See Storefront and Platform Configuration for store details, checkout, and connected services.

Support and Safety

Use activity records or system-status information when available and authorized. If a workflow fails, note the store, affected record or integration, time, and error. Contact your assigned BeautyComm business support channel. Do not include passwords, access tokens, or unnecessary customer details.

For shopping instructions, direct customers to the User Portal. For business setup and admin tasks, use the links in the Admin Panel navigation.
