Roles and Permissions
Assign the least access needed for a person to complete their tasks. Review the permissions associated with a role before assigning it, and use a separate approved process for administrator-level access.
Account Security
Use a unique password and keep passwords, one-time codes, API keys, and other credentials private. Sign out on shared devices. Do not include secrets or unnecessary personal information in screenshots or support requests.
Access Problems
Confirm the correct sign-in address and account, then use the approved password-recovery process if available. If access is still unavailable, contact the business’s assigned BeautyComm support channel with the affected account, time, and a brief description—never send a password or verification code.
