Update a Quantity
Update stock only from a verified receipt, count, return, or approved correction. Select the right product and stock record, enter the confirmed amount, save, then check the displayed quantity. Follow your business process for approvals or stock requests.
Do not change a number just to clear an alert or match an assumption.
Low Stock and Availability
A low-stock alert means the quantity needs review; it is not a physical count. Check recent orders and supplier availability before arranging replenishment.
If a product cannot be purchased, check the exact variant, listing status, store or channel, and available quantity. See Product and Catalog Management for listing status.
Fix a Stock Mismatch
Check that you selected the correct product, variant, store, and supplier. Review recent sales, receipts, returns, and approved adjustments. If the number still differs from the trusted count, note the expected and displayed quantities and the last update time, then ask the appropriate manager for help.
