Order Management

Find customer orders, review their status, and follow the store's processing steps.

This guide is for BeautyComm business clients and staff handling customer orders. Use the order record as the source of truth, and update it only when the real-world step has happened.

Find and Review an Order

Use the order list, search, or filters to find the order reference. Confirm the customer and store before opening the record. Review the items, selected variants, quantities, total, payment state, delivery details, and current status.

Process and Update an Order

Follow the status labels shown in the store and the business fulfillment procedure. Before processing, confirm that the order is valid and check its payment state. Update the status only after the corresponding step has occurred. Verify any saved change in the order record.

Payment, Invoice, and Refund

Payment status and order status describe different parts of the order. Review the current transaction information before confirming payment, retrying, or promising a refund. Download an invoice or receipt only when the order offers one.

Returns, cancellations, and refunds depend on the store policy and order state. Follow the approved process and record the result in the order when the system allows it.

Supplier Orders and Delivery

Supplier orders are for replenishing stock; customer orders are for shoppers. Verify the supplier, product, and requested amount before acting on a supplier order. For customer delivery, check the delivery provider and tracking details where configured. Pathao or RedX options are available only when enabled for the store.

Resolve an Order Problem

If an order is missing or not updating, check the reference, filters, store, and latest status. Compare payment or tracking details with the relevant provider record. When escalating, include the order reference, time, expected result, actual result, and error message. Do not include passwords or full payment-card details.
