Understand the Main Screen
The main screen may show featured products, promotions, categories, search, and links to store information. Choose a product or category to begin browsing. Promotional content may change; check its terms and dates.
Browse and Search
Use the store’s search field, category menu, and available filters to narrow product results. Open a product to review its information and available options before adding it to your cart.
Open Your Account
The account area may provide order history, delivery updates, profile and address settings, wishlist, reward details, or support. These options appear only when offered by the store. Review an order record for the latest status rather than relying only on a notification.
Mobile and Website Differences
Some product information or policies may be easier to read on the store website, and the layout may differ between app and browser. If a feature is missing, check the store website or contact the store through its published support channel. For business administration, use the Business Admin Panel.
